Shipping Fees

The Wild Tribe offers free standard shipping (2 to 7 business days) on all orders above 130$ purchased in Canada and US.

 

Order Notifications & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a tracking notification once your order has shipped. Please check your SPAM or Junk Mail folder if you do not receive these emails.

To track your order status, log in to your account on our website. If you don’t have an account yet, create one using the email address from your purchase.

 

Shipping Times & Methods

All inflatable paddleboards, accessories, and equipment are shipped via multiple carriers depending on the location such as Nationex, GLS, UPS, ICS Courier, Canpar, Delivro, FedEx, Canada Post, and other carriers. Items may arrive in separate packages.

Please allow 7 to 21 business days for delivery in the following regions:

Shipping FAQ

Can I change my shipping address?
Once a tracking number has been issued, we can no longer modify your address. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to attempt a reroute. Additional fees may apply.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you may return items within 45 days, but return shipping costs are your responsibility.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking details to be updated.

I haven’t received all my items—what should I do?
If any items are missing, check the other packages, as your order may have been shipped separately. If you experience delays or a lost package, please wait 10 business days after the expected delivery date before contacting us.

Can I pick up my order at the warehouse?
Yes! The Trois-Rivières warehouse pickup option is available at checkout. Simply select this option when placing your order. You can then pick up your purchase during our business hours.

Returns & Refunds


Shop with Confidence – 45-Day Return Policy

The Wild Tribe is committed to providing high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 45 days of the purchase date for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for returns or warranty claims. A valid proof of purchase from The Wild Tribe or an authorized dealer is required.

BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM

Contact Us: First, contact our customer service team with the reason for the return, to obtain an approval. Unnoticed returns can be refused or long to proceed.

Condition: Items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all included accessories. Any signs of use may result in a reduced refund amount and need to be approved before returning the item. Any return not new and in original box not declared will be refused and returned to sender.

Return Shipping Fees: Return shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: The product amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Complete Your Return

Contact Us: First, contact our customer service team with the reason for the return, to obtain an approval. Unnoticed returns can be refused or long to proceed.

Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack your item in a box along with the return authorization slip. The product must be clean, in near-new condition, and include all original accessories (paddle, pump, leash, fins, repair kit, etc.). Any promotional gifts included with the purchase must also be returned.

Ship Your Return: Choose a carrier of your choice to ship your package (except for hardboards) and include a tracking number. Keep this number for your records. * We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during returns.

Send tracking number to our customer service so we can update your order with the return information.

Return Deadline: Returns must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving authorization. Late returns will not be refunded and will be converted into store credit. If you need extra time, contact us before shipping.

How much does return shipping cost?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and vary based on the carrier and location. Check with carriers for a quote.

What size box should I use?
Ideally, use the original packaging. For paddleboards, If unavailable, here are the box dimensions: 35" x 15" x 18".

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, processing takes approximately 1 to 2 weeks. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

What happens during the return inspection?
We check the condition of the product and accessories upon arrival. Any damage, missing items, or signs of use may result in a reduced refund.

Which items cannot be returned?
Used items or final sale products are not eligible for return.

How do I return a hardboard?
Due to their size, hardboard returns require a specialized carrier. Contact us to arrange shipping for a special price.

 

Third-Party Products & Authorized Resellers

Products purchased from third-party sellers must follow the return policy of the respective retailer. Purchases made from authorized resellers can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, and must be in new condition with all original accessories.
