Shipping policy
For TOPO maps, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for order processing prior to shipping.
International Orders: Any customs duties or taxes are determined by the destination country’s customs agency and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refund policy
Digital Products: Returns are not accepted if the packaging is opened. However, defective products may be exchanged for an identical item, provided you have proof of purchase.
Mapbooks & Folded Maps: Returns are accepted within 20 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will cover the original purchase price, excluding initial shipping fees, once the item is received.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon arrival, and if you find any issues—whether it's defective, damaged, or the wrong item—contact us right away. We'll promptly assess the issue and work with you to make it right.
SD Card Exchange Policy:
Within 60 Days of Purchase: If your SD card becomes damaged within 60 days from the purchase date, we will replace it free of charge (proof of purchase and product registration required).
Between 60 Days and 1 Year of Purchase: If the damage occurs after 60 days but within one year of purchase, a replacement fee will apply. Product registration and proof of purchase is required.
Second-Hand SD Cards: We cannot support second-hand SD cards, as licenses are registered to the original purchaser's account. These cards are ineligible for updates, downloads, and computer map access.
